What do you consider main achievement’s in life?
For me the biggest achievement in my life is to position myself in my dream field i.e. the aesthetics industry. Firstly to face the odds and the challenges that came with demonetization and the new policies, just when our newly launched brand RSBWellness was launched and finally coming out of those difficult times. Also establishing our brand RSB in an extremely competitive field in just a span of two years paid off rich dividends.

How do you make critical and crucial business decisions?
There’s a lot of planning and forward thinking one has to incorporate especially when you are in a position to decide. Your decision will have a long term impact on your business, you need to ensure that all goes well successfully with your strategy. The best strategy that I feel is the need of the hour is to be focused and motivated with a positive mind set. Prepare yourself well with the risk that has been taken and be a good decision maker. Also weigh the percentage of success always and never make hasty, impulsive decisions.
Have you dealt with failure? If so, how did you overcome it and re-surge when all the chips were down?
Failure is the biggest trainer and I truly believe it. The hard times and challenges get the best out of you. We never take a decision sensing that it will fail. The time machine gives you indications whether you had done your groundwork accurately or missed the fine risk element.
When faced with the most challenging situation, I always motivate myself saying nothing stays forever and this too shall pass. Dealing with failure is like dealing with a situation that will give you a lifelong memory because you emerge as more confident and a better human being. But yes, always go the extra step…never repeat the mistakes that misfired and capsized your success boat.
