How to Forget (and heal) the past.

Avoid thinking about things that have gone wrong in the past. What’s done is done. Do not obsess over the things that you can no longer change.

Live your life moving forward and focus on how you can make things right in the present moment.

If you are carrying deep wounds from past events or trauma, take action to heal these wounds by seeking counseling.

Don’t allow this pain to infect your potential for a happy life.
